HLG-150H series is a 150W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-150H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 94%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications.

Test conditions and notes14

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.

Divide 150W by your strip's rated power per meter. For example, a strip rated at 10W/m allows up to 15 meters (150W / 10W per meter = 15m). A strip rated at 14W/m allows about 10.7 meters. Always check your strip's rated power per meter and keep total load at or below 150W.

Can the HLG-150H-20 handle full rain exposure or temporary flooding?

Yes. Its IP67 rating means the enclosure is dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water. It can be mounted outdoors in locations subject to heavy rain or occasional standing water; make the wiring connections with waterproof connectors or a cable joiner as shown on the datasheet.

What are the differences between the HLG-150H-20, 20A, 20AB, and 20B models?

All four share the same 150W / 20V / 7.5A core specs. The base HLG-150H-20 has fixed output and IP67 waterproof rating. The -20A adds output voltage/current adjustment via built-in potentiometer (IP65). The -20AB adds both adjustment and 1-10V/PWM dimming input (IP65). The -20B adds dimming input only and retains IP67.
