HLG-150H-24B is the 24V output model of this series: rated current 6.3A, rated power 151.2W, typical efficiency 93%.

HLG-150H series is a 150W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-150H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 94%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-150H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

  2. 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uF & 47uF parallel capacitor.
  3. 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

Can I use the HLG-150H-24B for dimmable outdoor 24V LED strip lighting?

Yes. The HLG-150H-24B outputs 151.2W at 24V with a 1-10V/PWM dimming input and carries an IP67 waterproof rating. It combines external dimming control with outdoor rain and temporary-immersion protection in a single unit.

Is the HLG-150H-24B a good choice for dimmable 24V LED landscape or garden lighting?

Yes. Its 151.2W at 24V capacity can power multiple landscape fixtures, and the dimming input enables nighttime brightness reduction for ambiance or energy savings. The IP67 rating and -40°C to +90°C case-temperature (Tcase) range handle ground-level moisture, irrigation splash, and seasonal temperature extremes.

Can the HLG-150H-24B drive dimmable 24V LED sign modules in a weather-exposed location?

Yes. At 151.2W and 24V, it powers a substantial run of 24V sign modules. The dimming input allows scheduled brightness changes for nighttime operation, and the IP67 waterproof rating means it can be mounted alongside outdoor signs; use waterproof connectors or a cable joiner for the wiring.

Can I pair with the HLG-150H-24B to a smart lighting controller for scheduled dimming?

Yes, if the controller has a suitable output. The dimming input accepts 1-10VDC, 10V PWM (100Hz-3KHz) or resistance signals, so smart lighting controllers, astronomical timers, and building automation systems with one of these outputs can drive it. This allows automated brightness scheduling without manual adjustment.

How many meters of 24V LED strip can the HLG-150H-24B power?

Divide the 151.2W rated power by the strip's rated wattage per meter. A 24V strip at 14.4W/m allows about 10.5 meters (151.2W / 14.4W per meter). A 10W/m strip allows about 15 meters. Always check your strip's rated power per meter and keep total load at or below 151.2W.

Can the HLG-150H-24B withstand rain, snow, and temporary water pooling?

Yes. Its IP67 rating certifies complete dust protection and protection against temporary immersion in water. It handles rain, snow, and temporary ground-level flooding. It is not designed for permanent submersion, however.
