  2. 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
  3. 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
  4. 4. Derating may be needed under low input voltage. Please check the static characteristics for more details.
  5. 5. This is the maximum possible output current and power. Over load protection may be activated slightly below this level to comply with the requirement of UL1310 class 2.

Can I use the PLN-100-24 for 24V illuminated signage?

Yes, it suits 24V illuminated signage, providing a 24V output up to 96W and 4A. It fits 24V signage loads that stay within those output limits.

Is the PLN-100-24 suitable for 24V LED strip lighting runs?

It can be used for 24V LED strip lighting when the strip is rated for 24V and the total connected load does not exceed 96W or 4A. The driver's CC voltage range is 18-24V, so the lighting load needs to match that output behavior.

Can this driver power 24V accent or cove lighting in damp spaces?

It is suited to 24V lighting applications up to 96W, including installations where a splash-resistant driver enclosure is needed. The IP64 housing and -30°C to +50°C operating range support use in demanding indoor or sheltered outdoor conditions.

How much 24V LED strip can the PLN-100-24 handle?

The power budget is 96W, so the estimated strip length is 96W divided by your strip's rated watts per meter. Use the formula length = 96W ÷ strip W/m, and check your strip rated power per meter so the total load also stays within 4A.

Can the PLN-100-24 be used outside?
