Overview
NPF-200-48 is the 48V output model of this series: rated current 4.17A, rated power 200.1W, typical efficiency 94%.
NPF-200 series is a 200W AC/DC LED driver featuring the constant current or constant voltage mode output. NPF-200 operates from 100~305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 94% with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃~+85℃ case temperature under free air convection. The entire series is rated with IP67 ingress protection level and is suitable to work for a variety of applications at dry, damp or wet locations. NPF-200 is particulary design without flicker Dimming Function which is suitable for LED strip or Poultrey lighting applications.

Test conditions and notes11
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
- 3. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.
- 4. The driver is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify EMC Directive on the complete installation again. Is the NPF-200-48 rated for outdoor or wet-location use?
Yes. The NPF-200-48 is IP67 rated and has a case temperature (Tcase) range of -40°C to +85°C. These characteristics make it appropriate for installation inside outdoor luminaires, tunnel lighting fixtures, and industrial enclosures that experience moisture or temperature extremes.
What high-power 48V LED applications suit the NPF-200-48?
The NPF-200-48 delivers 48V DC at 4.17A (200W) in constant-current mode. It suits 48V LED modules in commercial outdoor area lighting, large-format industrial high-bays, stadium perimeter lighting, and transportation infrastructure lighting where 200W of 48V drive capacity is needed.

Both share IP67, the 195.0 × 68.0 × 39.5 mm housing, 1.03 kg weight, and 100–305VAC input. NPF-200-48 outputs 48V at 4.17A (200W); NPF-200-54 outputs 54V at 3.71A (200W). The main difference is the output voltage and current; select based on your LED module's rated voltage.
Does the NPF-200-48 have a protective earth terminal?
No. The NPF-200-48 has a two-conductor AC input cable — AC/L (brown) and AC/N (blue) — and no FG (frame ground) terminal. Only the input and the Vo+/Vo- output wires need to be connected, which keeps cabling simple.
