- 1. All parameters are specified at normal input(12VDC,24VDC), rated load, 25℃ 70% RH ambient.
- 2. (Blank) type and W type output voltage must step up by 3 Volts from input DC voltage; (Blank)DA type and WDA type output voltage must step up by 12 Volts from input DC voltage.
- 3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf parallel capacitor.

FAQ
Can I use the LDH-45A-350WDA for 350mA LED downlights with a longer series string?
Yes, if the downlight uses constant current at 350mA and the total LED forward voltage stays within the 24-86V constant current range. This model is suited to higher-voltage LED strings because its regulated output starts at 24V and goes up to 86V. The connected load also needs to stay within 30.1W.
Is this a good driver for constant current signage modules in a sealed outdoor housing?
It can be used for constant current signage modules that require 350mA and fall within the 24-86V output range. The datasheet gives no IP or waterproof rating, so the sealed housing must keep moisture out, and the -40°C to +70°C operating range (refer to the derating curve) covers wide temperature swings. It is not intended for fixed-voltage LED products.
Can the LDH-45A-350WDA run a small LED array that needs more than a low string voltage?
Yes, this step-up constant current driver is intended for 350mA LED arrays whose total forward voltage sits in the 24-86V range. That makes it better suited to higher-voltage arrays than lower-voltage constant current strings. The array must also remain within the 30.1W rating.
What matters most when checking LED compatibility with the LDH-45A-350WDA?
The LED load must be a constant current load rated for 350mA, and its total forward voltage must fit the 24-86V constant current range. The number of LEDs depends on each LED's forward voltage, so compatibility is based on total string voltage rather than a set LED count. The driver's maximum output voltage is 86V and its power rating is 30.1W.
Will this driver handle cold, hot, or wet environments for LED assemblies?
It operates from -40°C to +70°C (refer to the derating curve) at 20-90% RH non-condensing, so it handles cold and hot ambients. The datasheet gives no IP or waterproof rating, so in wet locations it must be protected by the LED assembly's housing. Its compact dimensions are 75.0 × 53.0 × 22.7 mm.
