Overview
HLG-60H-54AB is the 54V output model of this series: rated current 1.15A, rated power 62.1W, typical efficiency 90.5%.
HLG-60H series is a 60W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-60H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 15V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-60H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes14
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 4. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
- 5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
- 6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.
- 7. The driver is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify EMC Directive on the complete installation again. Can I use the HLG-60H-54AB to power 54V LED panel lights with dimming control?
Yes. The HLG-60H-54AB delivers 62.1W at 54V and includes both output adjustment and a 1-10V/PWM dimming input, so you can control brightness from an external dimmer or building management system. Its constant-current mode with a 32.4-54V CC range accommodates 54V LED panels that may draw varying voltage under different loads.
Is the HLG-60H-54AB a good fit for dimmable 54V LED high-bay fixtures?
Yes, provided each fixture stays within 62.1W total draw. The built-in dimming input lets you reduce light output during off-peak hours, and the adjustable output potentiometer allows fine-tuning voltage and current to match the fixture. The wide 90-305VAC input handles most industrial mains supplies.
Can I drive a small 54V LED signage module with the HLG-60H-54AB?
Yes. At 62.1W and 54V output, the HLG-60H-54AB can power compact 54V channel letters or light-box modules. The adjustable output is useful for trimming voltage to match the exact module string voltage, and dimming capability lets you lower brightness for nighttime operation.
Is the HLG-60H-54AB suitable for a covered outdoor patio lighting installation?
Yes. Its IP65 water-resistant rating protects against low-pressure water jets and dust, which is sufficient for covered patios, canopies, and soffits. For fully exposed rain environments, the IP67-rated HLG-60H-54B would be more appropriate.
What are the differences between the HLG-60H-54, 54A, 54AB, and 54B models?
All four share the same 62.1W / 54V / 1.15A core specs and constant-current operation. The base HLG-60H-54 has no output adjustment or dimming and is IP67 waterproof. The -54A adds a built-in potentiometer for output adjustment (IP65). The -54AB adds both adjustment and 1-10V/PWM dimming input (IP65). The -54B adds dimming input only and retains IP67.
