HLG-185H series is a 185W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-185H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 94%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications.

Test conditions and notes14

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

Can the HLG-185H-24 be mounted in a location fully exposed to rain and dust?

The HLG-185H series has a metal housing with IP65/IP67 ingress protection that the datasheet says suits outdoor applications, and waterproof M12/M15 connectors are available for the output cable in wet locations. What are the differences between the HLG-185H-24, 24A, 24AB, and 24B models?

All four share 187.2W / 24V / 7.8A core specs and the same 228 x 68 x 38.8 mm housing. The base HLG-185H-24 has fixed output. The -24A adds output voltage/current adjustment via built-in potentiometer. The -24AB adds both adjustment and 3-in-1 (1-10V/PWM/resistance) dimming input. The -24B provides dimming input only, without the potentiometers.
