Test conditions and notes5
- 1. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 2. Direct connecting to LEDs is suggested, but is not suitable for using additional drivers.
- 3. To fulfill requirements of the latest ErP regulation for lighting fixtures, this LED power supply can only be used behind a switch without permanently connected to the mains.
- 4. The ambient temperature derating of 3.5℃/1000m with fanless models and of 5℃/1000m with fan models for operating altitude higher than 2000m(6500ft).

Can I use the PLD-25-700 for a 700mA LED downlight?
Yes, this model is intended for constant current LED loads at 700mA. It is suitable when the downlight's total forward voltage falls within the 24-36V constant current range and the load stays within 25.2W.
Will the PLD-25-700 work with a small COB LED array?
It can work with a COB or small LED array if the array is specified for constant current operation at 700mA. The total forward voltage of the array must stay within 24V to 36V, since this is not a constant voltage driver.
Is this driver appropriate for compact illuminated signage?
It may be used for compact signage only when the LED modules are built for constant current at 700mA. Constant voltage signage modules are not the right match, and the total LED load must remain within 25.2W.
Can the PLD-25-700 be used in protected indoor commercial fixtures?
Yes, its IP42 rating suits protected indoor fixture environments. It also supports operating temperatures from -30°C to +60°C (with derating), but IP42 is not intended for direct weather exposure.
