Test conditions and notes10
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Peak current or peak power up to 3 seconds is provided.
- 3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1μF & 47μF parallel capacitor.
- 4. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 5. Line regulation is measured from low line to high line at rated load.
- 6. Load regulation is measured from 0% to 100% rated load.
- 7. Length of set up time is measured at cold first start. Turning ON/OFF the power supply very quickly may lead to increase of the set up time.
- 8. Derating may be needed under low input voltages. Please check the derating curve for more details.
- 9. The power supply is considered as an independent unit, but the final equipment still need to re-confirm that the whole system complies with the EMC directives. For guidance on how to perform these EMC tests, please refer to “EMI testing of component power supplies.” (as available on https://www.meanwell.com//Upload/PDF/EMI_statement_en.pdf )
- 10. The ambient temperature derating of 3.5℃/1000m with fanless models and of 5℃/1000m with fan models for operating altitude higher than 2000m(6500ft).

FAQ
What output does the Mean Well ENP-360-12 provide?
The ENP-360-12 is a 360W-class desktop power supply (359W rated) with a 13.8V DC output and 26A rated current. This makes it suitable for applications that need a regulated 13.8V supply at relatively high current from a compact external unit.
Is the ENP-360-12 designed for energy-efficient operation?
Yes. This model is a Level VI desktop power supply with a typical efficiency of 91% and no-load power consumption below 0.5W, as listed in the product data.
Can the ENP-360-12 handle temporary peak demand above its rated output?
Yes. Mean Well specifies a peak output of 450W (32.6A) for up to 3 seconds, and the overload protection section states it can normally operate at 110% to 125% of rated output power for more than 3 seconds. After that, it switches to constant-current limiting and auto-recovers once the overload condition is removed.
What operating temperature range is supported?
The specified working temperature range is -30°C to +70°C. Buyers should still confirm that the surrounding enclosure and overall system conditions stay within the product's published operating limits.
What protection and compliance features are included on the ENP-360-12?
This model includes short circuit, overload, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection. It is also listed with IEC62368-1, UL62368-1, J62368-1(2020) approval for the 12V version, and EMC compliance including EN55032 Class B and related EN61000 standards.
