Overview
XLG-75-L-DA2 is the model of this series: rated power 74.9W, typical efficiency 90%.
XLG-75-DA2 series is a 75W LED AC/DC driver featuring the constant power mode with DALI-2 dimming function. XLG-75-DA2 operates from 100~305VAC and offers models with different rated current ranging between 700mA and 2100mA. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃~+90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. Moreover the innovative environment-adaptive capability allows this series to reliably light on the LEDs for all kinds of application environments in almost any spots that may install LED luminaires in the world. XLG-75-DA2 series comply with the latest version of IEC61347/GB/T19510.1 and UL8750 international safety regulations. The output and dimming circuit are also completely in accordance with the new regulations with isolation to ensure the safety of both user and luminaire system during installation.

Test conditions and notes16
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 4. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
- 5. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.
- 6. Based on IEC 62386-101/102 DALI power on timing and interruption regulations,the set up time needs to test with a DALI controller which can support for DALI power on function,otherwise the set up time will be longer than 500ms.
- 7. Input over voltage only for XLG-75 I series,and I series without UL/CSA certificate.
- 8. The driver is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify EMC Directive on the complete installation again. Can the XLG-75-L-DA2 power a series string of LED downlights operating at mid-range voltage?
Yes. The XLG-75-L-DA2 provides 74.9W at 700mA constant current with a CC voltage region of 53–107V, which suits series strings of LED downlight modules whose combined forward voltages fall within that range. DALI2 compatibility allows smooth integration with standard dimming systems.
Is the XLG-75-L-DA2 appropriate for LED signage modules arranged in a longer series string?
Yes. The 53–107V constant current region supports a longer series LED arrangement than lower-voltage drivers, making it practical for channel-letter signage or linear LED sign modules. The actual module count depends on each module's individual forward voltage.

Yes. The driver carries an IP67 waterproof rating and operates across -40°C to +90°C, so it is suitable for mounting in sealed outdoor enclosures or luminaires exposed to rain, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
Can the XLG-75-L-DA2 be used in a DALI2-controlled dimming circuit?
Yes. The driver is DALI2 dimmable with a minimum dimming level of 8% and supports current adjustment from 350–1050mA via the built-in potentiometer, allowing flexible integration with DALI2 controllers for zonal or individual fixture dimming.
How many LEDs can the XLG-75-L-DA2 support in series?
The constant current region spans 53–107V, so the number of LEDs depends on the forward voltage of each LED used. Select LEDs whose combined series forward voltages sum to between 53V and 107V at your target operating current of up to 700mA.
How does the XLG-75-L-DA2 compare to the XLG-75-H-DA2?
Both occupy the 75W DALI2 class with identical 140 × 63 × 32 mm housings and IP67 ratings. The XLG-75-L-DA2 targets longer mid-voltage strings with a CC region of 53–107V and adjustable current of 350–1050mA, while the XLG-75-H-DA2 targets shorter lower-voltage strings with a CC region of 27–56V and adjustable current of 700–2100mA.
