Overview
XLG-75-24-AB is the 24V output model of this series: rated power 74.4W, typical efficiency 90%.
XLG-75 series is a 75W LED AC/DC driver featuring the constant power mode.XLG-75 operates from 100~305VAC and offers models with different rated current ranging between 700mA and 5000mA. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 91%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃~+90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. Moreover the innovative environment-adaptive capability allows this series to reliably light on the LEDs for all kinds of application environments in almost any spots that may install LED luminaires in the world. XLG-75 series comply with the latest version of IEC61347/GB/T19510.1 and UL8750 international safety regulations. The output and dimming circuit are also completely in accordance with the new regulations with isolation to ensure the safety of both user and luminaire system during installation.

Test conditions and notes16
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE". (Except for CV-type)
- 3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 4. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
- 6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.
- 7. Only CE/ENEC/CB is available for CV-type. XLG-75I series without UL/CSA certificate.
- 8. The driver is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Can the XLG-75-24-AB drive dimmable 24V LED strip in an outdoor or wet-rated installation?
Yes. The XLG-75-24-AB is IP67-rated and includes a dimming interface, making it suitable for dimmable 24V LED strip in outdoor sign boxes, exterior cove channels, and wet-location accent lighting where brightness control is required.
How much 24V LED strip can the XLG-75-24-AB support?
The XLG-75-24-AB outputs 74.4W at 24V. For a 24V strip rated at 12W/m, this supports approximately 6.2 meters at full load. Always check your strip's watts per meter rating and derate to 80% for sustained loads.
Is the XLG-75-24-AB suitable for use in very cold outdoor environments?
Yes. The -40°C to +90°C operating range makes this driver appropriate for outdoor sign lighting and architectural LED strip in cold climates, as well as high-ambient commercial environments. The IP67 rating adds protection against condensation and moisture in all seasons.
Can the XLG-75-24-AB be used in a dimmable hospitality or museum lighting installation?
Yes.
