Test conditions and notes13
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 4. Derating may be needed under low input voltage. Please check the static characteristics for more details.
- 5. Output voltage can be adjusted through the SVR1 on the PCB ; limit of output constant current level can be adjusted through the SVR2 on the PCB.
- 6. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
- 7. The power supply is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify EMC Directive on the complete installation again. - 8. Direct connecting to LEDs is suggested, but is not suitable for using additional drivers.
- 9. To fulfill requirements of the latest ErP regulation for lighting fixtures, this LED power supply can only be used behind a switch without permanently connected to the mains.
- 10.The ambient temperature derating of 3.5℃/1000m with fanless models and of 5℃/1000m with fan models for operating altitude higher than 2000m(6500ft).

Can I use the PLN-60-20 for 20V signage lighting?
Yes, for 20V lighting loads that do not exceed 60W and 3A. It uses an IP64-rated enclosure that protects against dust and splashing water.
Is the PLN-60-20 suitable for 20V LED strip or linear lighting in displays?
It can be used with 20V display lighting where the total connected load stays within 60W. The output current is 3A, so both voltage and total load need to match the lighting system.
Can this power 20V architectural accent lighting in enclosed areas?
It can support 20V accent lighting if the load fits within the unit's 60W output rating. The housing measures 181.0 × 61.5 × 35.0 mm, which can help where enclosure space is controlled.
How do I calculate the LED strip length this 20V driver can support?
Use the strip's power consumption per meter: 60W ÷ strip watts per meter = maximum meters. Check your strip rated power per meter and make sure the total load stays within 60W and 3A.
Is the PLN-60-20 appropriate for outdoor or splash-prone lighting areas?
The IP64 enclosure is designed for dust resistance and protection against splashing water. That makes it suitable for damp or sheltered locations when the ambient temperature remains between -30°C and +50°C.
