LPF-60D-54 is the 54V output model of this series: rated current 1.12A, rated power 60.48W, typical efficiency 90%.

LPF-60D series is a 60W AC/DC LED driver featuring the constant current output. LPF-60D operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The entire series is rated with IP67 ingress protection level and is suitable to work for a variety of applications at dry, damp or wet locations. LPF-60D is equipped with the 3 in 1 dimming function so as to provide the design flexibility for LED lighting system.

  1. 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
  2. 2. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
  3. 3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
  4. 4. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
  5. 5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
  6. 6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.
  7. 7. The driver is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify EMC Directive on the complete installation again. Can I use the LPF-60D-54 for a 54V constant-current LED lighting fixture?

Yes, if the fixture is designed for constant-current operation within the 32.4-54V range and draws up to 1.12A. This model delivers 60.48W at 54V and is not intended for loads outside that constant-current range.

Is the LPF-60D-54 suitable for outdoor LED signage or architectural lighting?

It can be used in outdoor or exposed lighting applications because the housing is IP67 waterproof. It has a working case temperature (Tcase) range of -40°C to +80°C, with load derating at higher temperatures, which supports demanding indoor or outdoor environments.

Can this driver work for damp-location or washdown-area LED lighting?

For damp locations, yes: the IP67 rating means the unit is built for wet or dusty environments where the power supply needs a sealed enclosure, provided the LED load matches constant-current operation within 32.4-54V up to 1.12A. The sheet gives no specific washdown or water-jet rating, so check the installation conditions.

Can I use the LPF-60D-54 with a long LED strip run?

You can estimate length from the 60.48W maximum output: maximum length = 60.48W divided by your strip wattage per meter. For example, the math is 60.48W / W per meter, but you need to check your strip rated power per meter and confirm the strip is compatible with a 54V constant-current driver.
