Overview
HLG-60H-24AB is the 24V output model of this series: rated current 2.5A, rated power 60W, typical efficiency 89.5%.
HLG-60H series is a 60W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-60H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 15V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-60H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes14
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 4. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
- 5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
- 6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.
- 7. The driver is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Can I use the HLG-60H-24AB with a building automation system to dim 24V LED lighting?
Yes, if the system provides a compatible signal. The HLG-60H-24AB accepts 1-10VDC, 10V PWM or resistance dimming between DIM+ and DIM-. Combined with the built-in potentiometer for setting maximum output, it gives you both automated scheduling and manual brightness tuning.
Is the HLG-60H-24AB suitable for dimmable 24V LED cove or accent lighting?
Yes. With 60W at 24V, adjustable output, and dimming input, the HLG-60H-24AB is a strong match for architectural cove lighting, valance lighting, or accent strips where smooth brightness control is essential. The CC voltage range of 14.4-24V accommodates various 24V LED strip loads.

How many meters of 24V LED strip can the HLG-60H-24AB drive?
The HLG-60H-24AB supplies up to 60W at 24V. Divide 60 by your strip's wattage per meter. For example, a strip at 8W/m allows up to 7.5 meters (60W / 8W per meter = 7.5m). Check your strip's rated power per meter and keep total load at or below 60W.
Can I mount the HLG-60H-24AB in a semi-outdoor location like a covered balcony?
Yes. Its IP65 water-resistant rating handles dust and low-pressure water spray, making it suitable for covered balconies, porches, or carports. For locations fully exposed to rain, the IP67-rated HLG-60H-24B would be the better choice.
What are the differences between the HLG-60H-24, 24A, 24AB, and 24B models?
All four share the same 60W / 24V / 2.5A core specs. The base HLG-60H-24 has no output adjustment and is IP67 waterproof. The -24A adds output voltage/current adjustment via potentiometer and is IP65. The -24AB adds both adjustment and 1-10V/PWM dimming (IP65). The -24B provides dimming input only and retains IP67.
