Overview
HLG-60H-48AB is the 48V output model of this series: rated current 1.3A, rated power 62.4W, typical efficiency 90.5%.
HLG-60H series is a 60W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-60H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 15V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-60H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes14
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 4. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
- 5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
- 6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.

Can I use the HLG-60H-48AB for dimmable 48V LED downlights?
Yes. The HLG-60H-48AB provides 48V at up to 1.3A (62.4W) with both output adjustment and a 1-10V/PWM dimming input. You can fine-tune voltage via the potentiometer and control brightness through a compatible dimmer, making it ideal for 48V downlight installations requiring scene control.
Is the HLG-60H-48AB a good choice for powering 48V LED track lighting in a gallery?
Yes. The adjustable output lets you match the driver to your specific track light modules, while the dimming input enables precise brightness control for artwork illumination. At 62.4W total capacity, it handles small-to-medium track lighting circuits well.
Can the HLG-60H-48AB power a 48V LED light engine in an industrial enclosure?
Yes, as long as the light engine draws no more than 62.4W. The constant-current mode operates across a 28.8-48V range, accommodating engines with varying forward voltages. The adjustable output and dimming capability give you operational flexibility for different shift lighting requirements.
How many meters of 48V LED strip can the HLG-60H-48AB power?
Divide the 62.4W rating by your strip's rated power per meter. A 48V strip at 12W/m allows about 5.2 meters (62.4W / 12W per meter). A lower-density strip at 6W/m allows about 10.4 meters. Always verify your strip's rated power per meter and keep the total load within 62.4W.
Is the HLG-60H-48AB rated for outdoor use in a sheltered location?
Yes. The IP65 rating protects against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, so it is suitable for sheltered outdoor spots like covered walkways, porches, or equipment sheds. It is not rated for submersion; for prolonged direct rain exposure, consider the IP67-rated HLG-60H-48B.
What is the difference between the HLG-60H-48AB and the HLG-60H-48B?
Both are 62.4W / 48V / 1.3A with a CC range of 28.8-48V. The HLG-60H-48AB has output adjustment via potentiometer plus 1-10V/PWM dimming and is rated IP65. The HLG-60H-48B offers dimming only (no output adjustment) but carries a higher IP67 waterproof rating. Choose the -48AB for tunability in sheltered locations, or the -48B for maximum waterproofing.
